What we need: Games reviewer(s)
We are looking for avid gamers to write game reviews for our site. Traditionally we wrote reviews for PC games only, but now we have just expanded into console games, meaning reviews on Playstation 2, Gamecube and X-Box games are sought after too.

Reviewer Requirements needed for the site:
- Must be able to write reviews that are clear, interesting to read, and yet won’t cause great offence to others either.
- Must be able to write reviews which conform to our style of reviewing.
- Having a good sense of the english language is essential (I can’t be correcting your reviews for spelling all the time!). Although mine isn't exactly flawless at times either...
- Must be able to review games that are relatively recent (Yes, old ones are acceptable but reviews on the whole must be as new as possible).
- You must be easily reachable. It’s not really much good if you’re online only once every two months to check your email! Note: this is not the same as the amount of workload you offer to do, which is up to you.
- Though we don’t expect daily postings of reviews, on the other scale we don’t want ‘regular’ reviewers who post once a year only! Note: There is no real rush for reviews and you won’t be pressured to do more work than you personally want too.
- Knowing a little about hardware too won’t hurt. But isn’t a necessary requirement.

So what do you have to do to be considered?
1. Produce a review of a game already not in our database, but produced in the same style of one of our reviews.
2. The 'same style of one of our reviews' means that it must have the same major headings (Introduction, Compatibility, Gameplay, Comparisons and Conclusion), the same layout, and the same rating system etc. For what’s considered a ‘standard’ review click here.
3. Contact me. However, with all the problems of Spam emails nowadays I get (and I get hundreds a day) I probably never notice your email if sent to my OcPrices email. As a result it's best if you contact either Major ( major@ocprices.com ) or Ben ( ben@ocprices.com ). They will contact me on my own personal (Spam free) email.
4. In the email to Major or Ben include...BR>
• Your real name
• Where you’re from
• What type of games you like
• Any past website work
• How often (roughly) you think you'd like to work on the site. Clearly I don’t mind if you have a life and other obligations, but I need to know approximately how often you think you’ll be able/willing to post reviews for us.

Additional Notes – PLEASE READ
- Being a non-profit website, you DON'T get paid and you DON'T get stuff sent to you. Nor do I if that’s a consolation! LOL. But you never know though someone in the industry may notice you one day? We can only dream eh? :-)
- Guest reviewers are always welcome. Bear in mind that priority on reviewing particular titles is given to any regular reviewers working for the site. Check with me before proceeding in case a reviewer has already requested a particular title, to save your self time!
- Unless otherwise stated if you get a place it isn’t permanent straight off! We don’t just go handing out passwords for the site to anyone, so please don’t get offended. As you can guess this is for security reasons.
- OcPrices reserves the right at any time to refuse your application review if it isn’t quite what we are looking for.
Hope to hear from you soon, and look forward to seeing some high quality reviews.
