Introduction

Does this game really need an introduction? Ok I’ll humour you for a bit then. Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is a one of a series of controversial games produced by Rockstar games, a very talented bunch indeed.
This highly awaited title was first released on Sony’s Playstation 2 console, and then it finally made its way to the PC a few months later. Vice City is Grand Theft Auto 3 deluxe, it has a whole new map, the graphics are nicer, there are more cars and it’s set in the 1980’s in a Miami Vice style city. Ahhh the eighties…

Compatibility



On my system I played the game throughout at 1024x768 at 32 bit colour depth, with the draw distance set to maximum, and had no problem with slow down, playing the game at a high frame rate consistently. Very, very impressive! Despite it being a console game previously I had expected the graphics to be far superior and they are. Sound quality is fantastic throughout the game, I’ve heard it through surround speakers on a friends system and it sounds awesome. Wish I had one
