OCZ PC4000 Gold Dual Channel review: Ludicrous speed

Conclusion

Conclusion

The performance of the OCZ PC4000 Gold simply speaks for itself. 3.3V is enough to deep fry most ordinary pedestrian DDR, but the 4000 just takes it in stride. There's not another stick of ram out there that can get this close to 600mhz. Not one. If you've got an 865PE or 875P motherboard that allows for Vdimm adjustments up to at least 2.9V (an Abit or Epox) you'll definitely want to pick up some PC4000 Gold to get the most out of your system. Highly recommended.
