Quietness is now one of the most important factors people consider when building a PC, so the acceptance of dust busting fans in high quality PSUs will no longer be tolerated. The Tagan makes several claims to its stealthiness, from the picture on the box to its TSCT (Tagan Silence Control Technology) variable RPM fans.
