We tested the P5W DH Deluxe against Intel’s own D975BX ‘Badaxe’ revision 304 motherboard. Both boards are based on Intel’s 975X chipset, so we can expect performance to be similar.
Sandra
Both boards come out around the 5900MB/s mark in this memory bandwidth test, although the Asus board definitely has the slight edge here.
Quake 4
Again performance in Quake 4 shows that the P5W DH is fairly mature, producing consistant results very slightly higher than that of Intel’s own offering.
Battlefield 2

Half Life 2: Episode One
A 3fps difference in HL2: Episode One wouldn’t be noticeable at this speed, but you already know which motherboard you’d prefer to own!
